The sales manager promised to include a warranty in the agreed price of a used carInstead the warranty was charged on top of the car price November 2016: The sales manager agreed to include a 24,000mi/2yr in the price of the Ford Escape ($11,798.00) that we had already negotiated prior to the warranty agreementOur paperwork shows that it is included ($2,000.00) in the total sale priceWe asked why it showed up on our sales paperwork and were told "don't worry about that" by the financial agentI called weeks after the purchase to inquire why our paperwork showed we were charged for more than what we agreed on with the sales manager ($13,total sales price) and was told "those numbers were just for the accounting office." The sales manager agreed to $11,final sales cost prior to handing us over to financeWe feel like they lied to us and cheated us

After purchasing a vehicle and signing paperwork, the next day my price, trade in price decreased, and interest rate increased I purchased a crosstrek on 12/15/After being told the sales price, trade in price, and interest rate I signed papers electronicallyWhen I got home none of my paper work had figures on itWhen I called and questioned it, no one could tell me why my figures were offFinally the sales manager found that my trade in value had been typed in wrongWhen I arrived, my sales price was $2, over the sticker price ($23,internet e price I received versus $26,sticker price versus $28,paid), my trade in price went from $to $8000, and my interest rate went from 1.9% to 2.9%When I asked about this I was told they had already shredded my paperwork so they could not verify thisWhen I asked the sales manager about feeling taken advantage of I was told "can you afford the payment, do you like the vehicle then you got a good deal" ( [redacted]

Dealership withholding $trade in cost
I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from this business I borrowed the money from USAA The dealership submitted the check to the lender, as per normal, but failed to subtract the amount of my trade in ($1500) from the total cost It has been over five weeks and they have not sent the promised "refund" to USAAThe agent, *** has repeatedly promised to take care of this and provide me with a tracking number for the check, but then has failed to follow through; he now leaves me and my parents (they have also tried to get answers) on hold and does not return calls as promisedI have now made a payment on this vehicle which includes interest on the inflated amountI am on the point of referring the matter to the State AG's office for Consumer Protection as well as submitting this complaint to youI addition, I find the attitude of the men with whom I have done business at this establishment unconcerned and contemptuous The
