They are selling a commercial tallow as edible and it is not. It was too white and soft, It tastes like chemicals and burned my throat and mouth, then my mouth felt numb for nearly two days. Then by phone the person tried to blame me, she didn't know anything about cooking tallow. This is dangerous and can make someone very sick. They refused to answer my email that they told me to send. After a week I sent another one asking for the return labels for two orders, an elder friend ordered too, also burned his mouth. This person acted as if she never heard about it. I forwarded her the previous emails with all receipts. It's been two weeks and I STILL haven't heard anything. The next step is to report to the FBI and Federal Trade Commission. And their address is a warehouse for used car sales.

Order arrived damaged. Company does not reply in a timely fashion and it’s been a week with no reply. I sent the pictures the company has asked for and still have not received a response. Received the order on April 13 and still have yet to get the issue solved .

I placed a order on a Sunday and received a confirmation email but never received the oils that I paid for. I called several times and left messages on the company's website and left several emails on the company's website but I have yet to get any response. I guess I will have to see that as a lose of my money, but I will never purchase from this company again!
