I wanted order sunglasses on the site sunglasspot but I got some problemIt started when I paid my order, they sent me a email about some informations about the owner of the bank card, because I couldn’t pay with mine so my friend paid for meSo they ask me the passport of my friend than I sent to themThey told all right we gonna process your order and after no news
I contacted them times no newsThat’s disrespectful and the only way to contact them is their email addess

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! LITERALLY! I was sooo scared to buy the product because of the reviewsI was hesitant, but the glasses were so cute and cheap that I had to try for myselfEVERY PAIR WAS IN TACT! AND EXACTLY like the pictures! If not better! I’m so happy I purchased, please do not judge based on the negative reviews aloneMy first experience was great! And I cannot wait to buy more pairs!!!

I made a purchase with this company in May I was dissatisfied with the products that I received from them, so I made a return with the company I made the return over three weeks ago almost a month now I've contacted this company multiple times by email This company does not have a phone number for me to contact themI can only contact them through Instagram or by email only, which I did several times They never responded back to any of my messages I have also seen several comments from other people on Instagram that they have not received any shipping notification from their orders that they placed with them for a few weeks as well Also, people are unable to get a hold of this company when they try to contact them as well

I ordered a package of sunglasses from the Sunglass Spot website in early December and the package never arrivedI checked with *** with the tracking number I was provided and they have no trace of the packageWhen I contacted Sunglass Spot customer service, they provided one word answers with no real response as to what happened to my packageAfter going back and forth with customer service through email, I was told they would open an inquiry with ***I asked for a refund or store credit but they said the inquiry could take weeksAt this point it's been a long month and the sunglasses were meant to be holiday giftsThey keep asking me if I inquired with my mail carrier and I have told them multiple times that I haveI just want my money back for a product I did not receive

I ordered about $worth of sunglassesNever received them until I got a notice in my email saying my items were being returned back from the post officeSo I emailed the company about it to inquire further and bluntly being told it's my fault for not contacting postal office about my package, first of all they have the most incompetent, untrained individuals responding in the emailsI told them I work from morning until night so by the time I'm out postal is closed and I never received a notice that it was there anywaysI don't have the luxury of being on my phone during working hoursPretty much went to the point where the individuals where taking low blows, name callings (hiding behind a screen) without providing names or numbers to contact supervisors or management when I askedI took it to their instagram and saw someone on a similar boat as me and wrote to them in the comments and in all the years I have on social media, it a major company be the one and only to block meReally matureThey only refunded me back the purchased items but not the shipping ($wasted) and being berated by immature "people" just don't waste your money supporting a company who won't work with you, resort to childish name calling

I will never order from them ever againI had the same problem that every one else has had in these complaints My package was suppoused to be ordered on 10/4/and I never received itSunglasses spot told me to check with my nieghbors , carrier, and leasing office I did all three and still no packageI don’t appreciate them ignoring me as well especially since I spent my hard earned moneyI recommend no one buy from them they are scamming peoplePlus they have horrible customer serviceTo tell me to check with my carrier and not even try to refund or send out a new order is wrong because I have them my claim number that the post office gave meI just will never use their service again and by the looks of it other people won’t either

I placed an order for sunglasses with this "business" November 2016-- it was ORDER #I never received the package, nor an offer to replace the product or given a refundThey just blamed it on USPS, wanted me to talk to my mail carrier to confirm it was actually deliveredlolHow do they expect every customer to track down their mail carrier to see if it was deliveredThis business is FISHY--do NOT do business with themThey are a total rip-offThis is probably the exact reason why they don't have reviews on their site
