This scam of a debt collector says you owe money that has interest every month and then refuses to provide proof of debtThey are rude on the phone and will laugh at your attempts to settle things in a respectable manner

[redacted] -continuation: The guy asked for my name and addressI gave him my name and I asked him if he could tell me my address, I wasnt quite sure if it was a scam and I mentioned to him how the number that was listed wasnt a working numberhe went on to say that he was able to pull up the company info on his endI told him once again that I would like something in writing on a company letter head with my info, he got little nastyi asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me he was the supervisori then went on to ask to speak to his bossit became a dispute between us on what is my addressi told him what ever address you guys have on file, send it thereHe hung up on meI never knew of a Business to return your call, when you don't leave a message

On September 6, 2016, I telephoned XXX-XXX-XXXX, the number listed on the BBB website for Swift Funds, LLC. it is a [redacted] number that has not been assigned, located in Chula Vista, CA. I have had experience dealing with them, and I continue to interact with them to settle an account from a local gym, EOs Fitness. I have been very pleased with the customer service that I have received from EOS Fitness. They have always been polite and professional, and have taken the time to explain complicated procedures to me. I have not had the same experience with Swift Funds, however. I continue to deal with them nd will upate this website as practical.

My wife thought she had signed up for a one year contract with *** *** but it turns out they gave her a two year contract After a year payments were stopped because she thought she only had a year contract, and she got a new debit card as well
*** ended up sending the account to SWIFT collections I was nervous when I read all of the reviews I found about SWIFT online, nobody had anything good to say In reality, my experience was very good with this debt collection agency I understand that nobody likes to deal with debt collection agencies because their job is to get money from you, but it's their job and not their fault
I was not happy that *** *** pulled a shady move like that (giving my wife a year contract when she asked for a one year), but again that was NOT the fault of SWIFT I talked with a representative named Kelly White, and she was amazing She wasn't harsh, threatening, or rude in any way, quite the opposite in fact She helped me understand why the amounts owed were so high ($1,306), and she listened to my concerns about what happened at the gym She was able to take away all interest that had accrued over the past couple of years so we only owed the original gym fee's instead of paying all of the extra amounts due to interest and charges
This company, while having to do a job that isn't the most popular, did their job well and I completely disagree with the other reviews I have read Kelly was as good of a representative as I could have hoped for given the situation

I have tried to get in contact with Swift through phone(failed) number is no longer
in *** ***)Also their website does nothingYou have two links to click on (client) or (payment) neither links do anything

Hello
I recently pulled up my credit reportswift funds was listed as the company handling my GYM accountI was able to get a phone number and address off of my credit reportI made about three payments before I misplaced my info, on where to send my paymentsI went on to google Swift FundsThe number that Revdex.com has listed is the number that was listed as wellWhen I called the numberit was not a working numberWhile doing some cleaning around the house I found a letter from the original creditors- Paramount AcceptanceI called them at 800-748-They gave me a name and number who was handling my account-All State Financial 310-499-I called the number that was provided and I got no answerThe moment I hung up, the same number was calling me backI asked what company did I call and they stated Swift FundsI explained to the guy on the other end my situationI asked if he could send me something in writing on their company letter head

I received a voice-mail today with a claim number only no company name or informationI called it back and they stated that I owned over dollars for a gym membershipI didn't think to check and provided my credit cardAfter reading all the alerts on this computer and their refusal to provide company letter head to show legitimacy I called my bank and my bank recommended I cancel my card immediately So I have done so and will deal directly with the gym to correct this But people bewareSomething about this swift financial isn't right

I gave him my name and I asked him if he could tell me my address, I wasnt quite sure if it was a scam and I mentioned to him how the number that was listed wasnt a working number. he went on to say that he was able to pull up the company info on his end. I told him once again that I would like something in writing on a company letter head with my info, he got little nasty. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor. I then went on to ask to speak to his boss. it became a dispute between us on what is my address. I told him what ever address you guys have on file, send it there. He hung up on me. This company is extremely rude. They have made multiple calls and make threats and demand you to make a payment or there will be legal consequences. They also do not provide paperwork and they say you owe more than you really do. For example I owe the gym 950 and this company is saying I owe 1500. They are not willing to help and give you any information. If you give them a card number or bank number they will charge you more than you agreed to let them charge.

This company harassed me for 2 months about a debt that was owed to a gym. I should've never been in collections in the first place. They claimed I owed them almost twice of what my term was - and threatened my credit score. After emailing them, they never responded and have left me nervous that at any day may try to harm my credit score and claim I owe them when I don't.
