Sylvan Learning Center Ocoee

A contract was signed April 26, with Sylvan Learning Center to get my son *** caught up and prepared for the 3rd grade He was assessed on this date with a reading score of which is 2nd grade level and for math level which is 1st grade level So this is what we were sold that *** would be caught up to 3rd grade level if he did sessions in reading and sessions in math So *** Started tutoring May 1st going days a week a total of to hours a week for tutoring He stopped going to tutoring August 29th as it was clear that *** was not improving despite being told by Sylvan *** was mastering skills in reading and mathIn reading as I stated above *** was assessed at a level but when he was assessed again in reading on July 17, it went down to level but per Sylvan paperwork he was mastering skillsThen assessed one more time August 15, and his level went up to in reading This was the same week school started for ***
