We sincerely apologize to Mrs***. Once our company was made aware of this mix up we immediately contacted the finance company servicing the loan and made sure the loan got cancelled and all payments refunded to the customer. A refund of $was processed on 10/28/and a
letter of cancellation of the loan has been mailed to the customer

Review: A Kirby representative came to my door and asked if his team could clean the carpet in one of my rooms.He said all I needed to do was listen to their presentation and the only catch was I couldn't hire them to come back and clean the carpet in the entire house. His name was [redacted] and he said "we will even clean 2 rooms if you don't tell my boss. He said he would be back in 20 minutes with the person who was going to do the presentation and the cleaning "[redacted]". When they came back they moved a piece of furniture (that was too heavy for me)out of the way so they could clean the area. (I had already moved a lot of stuff to make room for them to clean the areas of the room we discussed.) [redacted] began the presentation. [redacted] presented and [redacted] would come and go. His main job seemed to be communicating with the boss back at the office and trying to make me a deal I couldn't refuse. I said I appreciated the work they were doing to bring the price down but I had just purchased a new roof and would not be ready to make another large purchase for at least a few weeks. They kept pushing making offer after offer which I politely declined, I did say that I liked the product and would more than likely purchase one in the future when was ready. [redacted] was still presented, [redacted] was gone and the boss called again. After politely declining again and again I finally said "please tell you boss if he doesn't stop pushing, I will never by a Kriby. [redacted] got off the phone iwth his boss and continued with the presentation. When the presentation was finally over (approx. three hours from the time they started it),they said they were going to finish cleaning the carpet. Shortly after, it looked like [redacted] was packing up the Kirby. I asked if he was going to finish cleaning the carpet, he said no. [redacted] (the manager) was in the car so I went outside to talk with him. He was apathetic and didn't seem to care at all about the fact that [redacted] did not finish the work they told me would be done. I said if you weren't intending to clean the carpet why did you tell me you were. He had no answer. I asked him to bring his bosses number to the door, bc at this pint I was starting to feel like maybe they were not even real Kirby's sales people and I didn't want to leave [redacted] unsupervised in my home. Bottom line they lied, wasted my time and did not follow through with the original statements they made. I am a busy single parent. I am studying for my CPA exams. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate people lying to me and wasting my time.Desired Settlement: I would like the carpets to be clean. At a minimum I would like the areas that the Kirby representative said they would be cleaned to be cleaned.
