To Whom This May Concern,This issue was resolved on July 21, before I was made aware of this complaint being turned in The reason for this complaint made by [redacted] was because of his $deposit being held The money was held due to July's rent and some minor repairs needed July's rent was retained due to his neglect to submit a written day notice to vacate on or before June 10, 2015.From my understanding after speaking to [redacted] in person as well as an e-mail sent from him, we have rectified any misunderstandings Both have agreed on our mutual resolution If this is not the case, please let me know so I can look into this further.Thank you
