Every seller has their own return policy, we have no control over that. Under 90days warranty for repairs we can only offer repair services. We don't cover physical or water damage under warranty. To get warranty services customer need to send Zeepad back providing following information   Customer Name & Contact......................... Date of Purchase:................................... As the seller stated, the RMA was for a refund only. The product has been outlawed and deemed unsafe by the federal government. Hover boards also cannot be ridden in public areas as all are unsafe. Hi,
There was no issue in returning the item if customer could have send the item back within return time frame as per our policy. Customer purchased item in Dec 2015 but trying to return in May 2016. Return time was up-to 31st Jan 2016.
As item was with customer, they must have used it.
There will be no refund for this order after 6 months as item. Order is under warranty if there is any need for warranty services. But order is not eligible for refund, so we will not accept this order for full refund.
