This apartment complex has been through many changes, the most recent change has been under the management of the [redacted] management company This is a very large management company, and since the change to this new management, living at this complex has become increasingly frustrating due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy The level of service at this complex is so poor, and the assistant manager acts in a manner that portrays service as an inconvenience to her They make changes with very little regard to residents, and no notification They specifically will not notify residents if they get some sort of profit out of the change I have been appalled and disappointed with the level of rudeness that this management team uses when dealing with residents The only time that they are accommodating is when there are prospective new residents who may sign a lease Maintenance requests are also almost never fulfilled, and I have had to personally remind management multiple times to get one maintenance request addressed There have also been other requests that have never been addressed One such request was to address a mold problem that we have been having The request was dismissed as "unsolvable" due to moisture in the buildings and poor windows However, I am extremely concerned at their lack of attention to such a health hazard Again, the biggest complaint is the lack of courtesy and rudeness of the management staff, specifically the assistant manager
