I have recently been donating at Talecris Plasma Center in Charlotte NC on Freedom drive. And this employee by the name of Ms. Jackie very loudly and rudely asked me very personal questions about my husband while she was standing behind the desk and I'm sitting down in the lobby and it made me feel very uncomfortable because there was other donors sitting around and they all turned and looked at me while she continued to rudely attack me and she was saying that she wants to see my husband and not me and at this point she is rolling her eyes and telling other donors that she is tired of seeing me and not my husband. And this is not the first time she has done this. Now I am usually quiet and trying to stay calm so that I don't get upset while I'm going through the donation process because while she is being loud and rude towards me it makes my heart rate go up and I am in a quiet rage at this point. So I am addressing this to whomever is reading this the worker I am referring to continues to publicly and rudely discuss things about me and my husband to other donors and coworkers. I hope this is taken care of very soon because the reason I go to this Plasma Center is because it's close and convenient to where I live and work so I shouldn't have to go out of my way to another plasma place because of this woman! Review: The Talecris Plasma Resource Center in [redacted],Pennsylvania @ [redacted] permanently deferred me from donating "LIFE SAVING" Plasma last August,2013 for forgetting to mention that I had been recently incarcerated for a month in the local county jail..Though I had "NOT" donated..!! Way before Talecris had taken over this center..I was a "WELL KNOWN" donor from the early day's back in I believe 2008-or 2009 when this particular center first opened up..And NEVER once did I EVER forget or deceive the center...It was an 'HONEST' mistake..!! AND I NEVER DONATED!! What I find disturbing..Is the policies of Talecris state: "That a person will be deferred for 1 year from donating when the knowledge of one's incarceration is made known.."The knowledge of mine was made known,and I had NOT donated on that day...It's been an unfortunate year since my release last August,2013..I called the local Talecris Plasma Resource Center to return back to my quest of donating this "LIFE SAVING" Plasma after the year anniversary of my freedom..Only to be informed by the NEW manager that I was deferred for LIFE from donating even though I had "NOT" donated that day of August,2013...I feel that I should be able to return back to donating since I did not donate....If I had gone ahead,donated that day in August,2013,and then after donating it had been disclosed that I had been incarcerated for a month prior to donating...Then the deferment for life would be accurate...Desired Settlement: I would like to return back to donating "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!"..There year of my past incarceration has long expired....I DID NOT donate the day in August,2013..So I should be able to return..And if I have to be banned when my past incarceration became known,though I "HAD NOT" donated that day..Then they NEED to BAN all who never disclosed an incarceration and who had donated...I know of numerous people who had been in jail or prison and "DONATED" without disclosing their incarceration..I DIDNT
