Be careful with this company!
I called from the Groupon and had great service with booking a moveEverything seemed great (the owner was even along for the ride- but slept in the truck) until it was time to unloadNot only did they damage an item that could be repaired, they smashed my expensive headboard and covered it with furniture marker saying "it'll be ok." The movers also snagged my couch from carelessness and not covering it while carrying it (I had paid for blanket wrapping.) In the end, the older man was apologetic and wanted to make it right by taking money off the priceAfter they left the true damage of the headboard was visible showing that my expensive bed is ruinedWhen I emailed the company, I got a prompt, helpful response, but soon, the owner emailed with an incredibly rude tone telling me I already got what I deservedNever again would I use this company
This company isn't worth the hassle and cost of buying new furniture!
No Call, No Show - I called a week in advance to schedule these guys to do a simple rental truck loading for me. They said I was on their schedule for 10-noon. By noon on the day-of, I hadn't heard from them. I called to inquire where they were, and the man answering the phone said I was actually scheduled from 1-3 PM arrival. By 3:15pm, no one had arrived. I called again to ask where the movers where, and I was told by the same guy that his crew was finishing a job and would be to my place soon. By 4:30pm, still, no one had arrived. I called their office and the phone rang then went to voicemail. I assume they had closed and gone home for the day. No one ever showed up, and I was left with a 2br/2bth condo to load with the help of one friend who happened to be available to help. This lack of service commitment set my move date back one day, nearly causing me to miss a flight. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They even had a deal on Groupon that 60+ people bought; I hope they honor those people and don't stiff them as they did with me.
