January 21, 2017 the third party processor that runs our credit card sales outside of the restaurant experienced a glitch: it received a code that caused it to request authorization for payment without having the actual cardholder's data. We found out about it the morning of 1/23/17 and have been on top of it and in constant contact with the processor to get them to reverse all the duplicate charges many Customers received. Again apologies to the customey who sent you this concern, it was not our doing at all.Sincerely,Maria R[redacted]TapaBar
