I did not receive any promotional e-mails today; however, every two years Territory Ahead adds me again to their e-mail lists, or when the other person mentioned in my first complaint orders I have no assurance that Territory Ahead has unlinked our two accounts, or that they won't start sending e-mails again in a period of time I will be satisfied if, in three years, I remain off of their lists At this time, I have no reason to believe that the removal of my address is permanent; I was promised the same thing in and and now, again, in

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]The offer to deduct the $75 gift card amount from an order came to late....after the gift card had been rejected on Territory Ahead's website and live phone order.  The givers of the gift card had the gift card purchase voided by their credit card company and the amount credited back to their account.  Holders of Territory Ahead gift cards should not have to go through the process required by [redacted] to redeem a gift card.  Totally unacceptable for something that should be a simple transaction.  Please note, this was the second time unnecessary difficultly was encountered by me in trying to redeem a gift card issued by Territory Ahead.  I have asked my family to never again purchase a gift card or any item from Territory ahead as a gift for me.  Totally not worth the frustration.

This business (Territory Ahead) says my credit card was refunded. This is FALSE, I never received ANY refund from them, which means they either refunded the wrong person and or credit card or they are lying.I would not have contacted the Revdex.com if I received a refund. Perhaps they can tell me the date/type of card/name on card and amount they refunded (because it wasn't me/mine)

I get that I was refunded the price to where it should be but that doesn't change that they are charging credit cards on file without authorization from the cardholder.  I would like an explanation as to how they think they can charge a credit card, when their policy as stated on line says when returning by mail please include payment information for any differences in price.  I submitted no such payment information for them.  They are violating their own policy as stated.

I apologize once again. You did not receive the credit as I had stated. Your card has been credited today. Below is a one time use promotion code good for $25. You can not use another promo code with it, but it doesn't have any hurdles.  Once again, I express my sincere apology for the performance of Territory Ahead.  We are striving to be better than this and I hope that in the future you will consider shopping with us again.  [redacted]
