The owner was to our home and said he would get back to us but would probably take a while to look into the problem It has been months and nothing has been done

While moving my belongings into my home, the movers hit the wall of my brand new home with a piece of furniture and damaged the corner bead of the drywall in my entry way
After struggling to get them to accept liability in writing - I explained to them that I did not wish to pay them, and then have them walk out of my home, and turn their back to me and not accept liability for the repair, I finally got the driver to write on my BOL regarding the damage to the home, after he assured me that they weren't like that and they would certainly repair the damage; yet this is exactly what has happened
I was told that it would be repaired, a week and a half after the move; I did not hear from the company so I reached to my contact by text When I didn't receive a response, I called the front office, received a call back from the owner and I was assured that my home would be repaired
