I have gotten my hair done by hair stylist ***My hair looked wonderful on my exit of the store but after I washed it o noticed how badly damaged , fried and uneven my hair wasI had contacted *** she denied the uneven and mentioned she should had cut nore of my hair than she had didBut she never once mentioned this while cutting After serval hair repairs and recommended shampoos from *** my hair is still a disasterMy hair has never been this bad my entire years of life!

I went to the salon for a cut, color and highlight for the $specialI never got highlights, I it got color on my bangs and the sides and underneath my hair It didn't blend and was splotchy and was nothing like the picture I showed JaimeThe hair cut also was nothing like what I asked for and was butchered Totally unevenI was embarrassed to wear it to work I paid $for this and that didn't include the highlights that was supposed to be included I sent pictures to the Salon Owner, *** She admitted how horrible it looked (I have those texts) She promised she would make it right but I never heard back from her I kept texting her and she would say she wasn't in the salon and that she'd get back to me and she never did All I wanted was for them to fix my hair after I paid $ She was unprofessional, untruthful, uncaring and shadyI will never use this Salon againI wish there was a way to post pictures on here
*** came in on a Model call for our color SpecialShe wanted HighlightsWe talked about that she needed a good haircut because her hair was dryShe admitted that it had been a long time since she had been in the salon which you can see in the photos it had, but she did not want to lose any
length and choose not to cut what we recommendAfter her services her hair looked and felt so much betterThe photos will show thatShe did contact her stylist and her stylist offered to have her come in and we would do ANYTHING to make it right*** choose on her own not to and to have family her Aunt work on itAt that point we are not sure what was used on her hairWe did not damage her hair and feel that she only wanted the services for freePlease see attached the photos and messages from both her and the stylist.Her Before Photo and after PhotoWe even have photos we can include from social media and her hair is not fried
On December I ordered and paid for a 33oz Yeti cup (camping themed) from this businessI have been told the cup shipped on 12/20/or 12-21/I have not received the product and the seller refuses to provide a shipment tracking numberThere are other customers complaining of the same issue
On August 4, 2017, I went to the salon for a trim/cut, a tone, a little bleach on my roots Based on the prices listed on Facebook, I didn't see that this service would be anymore than $before tip etc When I went in I showed the stylist the cut I wanted and I was clear I didn't want my hair cut too short and repeated that several times At NO time was I told that the prices were not what I thought they were based on the prices listed until I went to pay During the actual cut I wasn't told how much was being taken off until it was too late as she was cutting the very back and I could not see what she was doing I let her finish the cut and she toned my hair several times It made me nervous because at one point it was purple and by the last toning it was gray I did not ask for gray hair nor did I want that, I wanted a nice blonde with a little less yellow bu after the first toning when it was purple I didn't even know what to do or say After all was said and done there w
