costumer accepted the terms of agreement on our website stating that she was only purchasing a informational guideCostumer apparently did not bother to read anything on our website before submitting her transactionfurthermore, her transaction was declined so therefore she was never even charged

I am rejecting this response because: It was rude in the fact it stated I didn't bother to read the websiteI did in fact read the website and their title is blocked by another paragraph My card wasn't declined when I accepted it because I was able to download the guide which only happens when you accept the chargeIt was only after I complained that they decided to decline it in anger towards my complaintOnly then did I realize I was paying for a guide My panic in being charged for something I didn't want isn't a reflection on how I procedd on their website and as a business they should've been respectful in their response rather than hateful and rude REGARDLESS if they "thought" I was wrong Instead of an apology for any misunderstanding, I am regarded as stupid by you! NEVER have I regarded a customer rudely no matter what they've said ur done or whether they were right or wrong...it's bad business!
