Review: I purchased a GROUPON Coupon for this company. The groupon stated for $45.00 I could get $90 worth of shoes. Once I received this groupon, I attempted to us it on multiple occassions. The business could not or WOULD not provide the shoes being ordered...the orders just never got processed. Apparently they were inundated with orders, the groupon validity date was extended to deal with this problem. I attempted to use the groupon again and could not. Most recently, with the groupon expired, I attempted to use the $45.oo, (which according to Groupon contract they are bound to accept) I paid for this groupon to purchase a pair of shoes. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR the voucher, they told me I had to by 2 pairs of shoes or I had to spend a certain amount to get free shipping, a total scam. After mulling this over I called back because I was upset and have no lost $45.00, and told me to call groupon and then RUDELY hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want this in their file, I want them to issue an apology and I want them to repay the portion of money they received for this groupon sale to groupon because GROUPON gave me my money back and I am sure that clogkingdom made money off the deal.

Review: I placed an order 1/**/2013. I received email verification. I received notice that they were experiencing temporary inventory shortages on 2/**/13. I sent 2 emails in April and 2 in June about my order and did not receive any replies. I continue to receive advertising emails from this site- so they are obviously still in business. I have not received my order and it has been over 6 months since I placed it. I have contacted [redacted], who supplied my discount for the product, and am expecting a refund from them shortly.Desired Settlement: I want the $40.35 back that I paid [redacted] for these shoes plus 3% interest. I am expecting a refund from [redacted] for their portion, which is separate. I would also like this business investigated and warned to cease allowing completion of orders that are not in stock.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from [redacted] in February 2013 while I was deployed to Afghanistan. During the order I had the shoes sent to my house in Italy where I am stationed. I got back home ** February and around the first of the month I picked up the shoes from the post office and noticed that they were a size to big. On ** March I emailed the customer service and said that I needed a size smaller. I called the service number and spoke with [redacted] from The Clog Shop and he said to return them. When asking for a return label [redacted] refused and stated I had to pay for my own. Since I a military service member stationed in Europe the package took a while to get back from Europe to the States. Once received [redacted] stated that he no longer had the size and in short would not give me a refund. I called and emailed him stating that I did not desire any other shoes from his site. He tried to barter with me giving me 1/2 store credit, and once telling him that I was contacting the Revdex.com I got an email saying full credit in which I just simply want my money back. I have tried everything with this guy and he is just down right stubborn or really cheap. I realize there are return policies but EVERY online business I know and have dealt with in the past understands what US service members go through and we cannot abide by return policies because of our missions and world wide locations. Many times internet sales are our only resort in getting any type of goods. [redacted] needs to take this into account with his business and understand that US service members serving this country want to do good business and not get taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase back to my credit card. The invoice of my purchase was [redacted]. I want his business to also go on a list or such so this does not happen to other Soldiers.
