I spoke to my Service Manager about this complaint He was not aware of any issues for MR***He contacted Mr*** and apologized for any misunderstandings and agreed to refund his moneyA refund check for $will be issued today and sent to Mr***. Sincerely,***

We are willing to program and cut a spare key for Mr ***. All we ask is for the customer to bring the car and the keys in to our dealership. We have also offer to pay for the gas it will take for the customer to drive here and have the key programmed and cut. The
reason we ask that customers bring cars into our shop is so we can verify that said repairs are completed correctly. My offer is good to the customer if they would like to have the spare key cut and programmed they can call and set an appointment to have this completed. Thanks *** ***Petro Nissan

I am rejecting this response because: the thermostat they removed was just as clean as when I installed it just a few days beforeThey kept the car three days waiting on a replacement thermostat that was not neededThen when they found out there was nothing wrong with the thermostat they wanted to replace the radiator which was defectiveThey kept my money and didn't fix my problemThat sounds like a scam business to meThey will milk you as long as you will let themI took the vehicle to a real repair facility and got it repairedDon't waste your gas going to PETRO NISSAN

I am rejecting this response because: Petro Nissan states that I signed a carfax history report on this vehicle at the time of saleThe deal was made on this truck and transaction was completedThe next day the dealer called me to get me to come sign a "document" that They "forgot" to have me signThis document was a multi page carfax report that Signed only because I took the sales mans word on and did not review The transaction and fraud was already committed so the fact that I did sign this document is not relevant as the transaction was already doneThe sales man told me that this vehicle had 60k miles on it and the mileage was used as a selling point and was also displayed on the window stickerThe dealership knew that there was a discrepancy with the mileage and purposely did not disclose this until after sale was completeObviously because I would not have purchased the vehicle otherwise The dealer claims that they offered to give me the purchase price towards another vehicle but failed to reveal that they would only do so if I bought a vehicle at asking price and would requires to pay all the dealer fees againThe vehicles value is greatly compromised by the mileage discrepancy that was not disclosed therefore I am requesting a refund for the difference of what the truck is worth with 60k miles verses what the truck is worth with the actual milesThis case is currently being legally reviewed to see what criminal and civil avenues are available to protect me as a buyer as well as other buyersThis type of buisness is unlawful and unethical

The customer signed the Carfax Report showing he was aware of the miles and condition of the truck The customer came back into the dealership several days after the purchase and stated the only reason he purchased the truck was to sell the truck He stated that the truck would be easier
to sell then the car he traded into us He also stated that the customer he had the truck sold to could not secure financing We offered to trade him out of the truck and get him into another vehicle We offered to give him what he paid for the truck towards this vehicle The vehicles the customer looked at trading the truck in on were listed well below retail value We are still willing to assist this customer in getting another vehicle if he wishes

It is standard policy for us to recommend a customer to not drive the car that is in question until the car can be inspected This car came to us with no water in the radiator, with that said had the car been driven it is very likely that the car would have over heated doing more damage to the
vehicle Here at Petro Nissan we use parts made by Nissan for the car that we car we are repairing to insure exact fit and the best quality It is possible that parts are out there at a cheaper price but might not have the same quality It is never our intention to miss lead or to take advantage of our customers

All customers sign a form that states "Payments are based on an APR of ##.##% for the term on months All products are optional You do not have to purchase any of these products to secure financing Finance charges, total of payments, total of payments including down payment,
and amount financed will be clearly disclosed on your contract." What the customer wanted me to do (cancel the products that she purchased at the time of sale) is not a problem at all The amount paid for the products must go to the lien holder of the vehicle This will lower the amount owed on the vehicle but will not lower the monthly payment The form also states "By intitaling a payment you acknowledge that all products were offered and explained to you Base payment with no options is $###.##." I also took the time to mail cancelation papers to the customer so the customer could fill the cancelation papers out and mail back to the dealership and we (the dealer) can submit for the products to be canceled At this time we have not recieved the cancelation papers back from the customer Please understand that this is not an overpayment, the products the customer purchased were financed along with the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: I really don't feel that it is right that I have to drive over miles and 4+ hours of my time to correct their errorPetro Nissan falsified documents, knowing that they did not check the key fobs for functionality, but signed off on them anywayAll that I am asking is that they send a purchase order to Gray-Daniels Nissan (local Dealership) to buy the key fob and program it for my carIf they can't (or will not) then they can send their technician up to Jackson to fix it here.Regards,*** ***

We informed the customer that the cooling system on the car was clogged and not flowing properly.  In order to properly repair the car we needed to replace the radiator and lower radiator hose.  The lower radiator hose was loose.  This often happens when a car gets to hot.  We...

found residue of stop leak in the cooling system.  The radiator was completely stopped up from the stop leak.  The same stop leak was found in the thermostat we removed from the car.

I am rejecting this response because:Petro Nissan refuses to answer or return my phone calls. As I stated in the original complaint, the cancellation notice mailed to me is not properly marked. Because Petro will not respond, we can not discuss this. Also, if Petro is so confident in their business practices, why will they not let me come in and view the video and audio [redacted], the general manager, told me he had of me signing all of the contracts?

The business says that there wasn't water in the car but I'm sure I put water in the car prior to coming to them with the problem. I just don't trust these men at all. I will make sure that all my friends and family know about my encounter here. I have never been so disrespected and taken advantage of in my entire life! I felt as if I was in good hands with these people, but they quickly showed me I was wrong.
