Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrsC***, the manager at the Country Club Villas, is being evasive and disingenuous and has clearly not addressed the genesis of the complaint I drafted on behalf of Mrs [redacted] In my complaint I specifically stated her contractor caused damages to her accent wall when he spray painted stain blocker on itHer response that says the block association does not have any remedies for damages caused by their contractors is ludicrousAnd to repeat: had water damage not occurred from a leaking roof, the contractor she sent to fix the ceiling would not have been further damaged when the painted wall was sprayedHer response is indicative of the callous disregard for the senior citizens, that live at the Country Club Villas, Ruby C [redacted] has, that depend on her for their home maintenance issuesIndeed, it proves how MrsC*** has established a pattern of playing word semantics and twisting the truth to justify her doing and saying anything she can to avoid a simple truthAnd that is that she is a conniving, devious woman who will do or say anything to avoid accepting responsibility for the harm she caused, to wit, sending a woefully incompetent "alleged contractor" into a home and causing damage to that homeI think the homeowners on the property should all get together and determine if MrsC [redacted] is capable of carrying out her tasks as a manager, or whether they have had enough of her "reign of terror." And if that is the case, then perhaps it is time for the board members to get together and look for a manager who will have the residents best interests in mind at all timesNot a manager who lies, and manipulates and verbally intimidates residents to prevent them from challenging her authorityMrsC [redacted] is a terrible manager, and in my opinion, she is not worthy or capable of living up the high standards required by the NM Real Estate Commission, and I urge all the residents and board members of the Country Club Villas to contact the appropriate authorities and to take immediate action to have her removed Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

correspondence with Mrs. [redacted]. The association is not responsible for interior decorated surfaces. Mrs. [redacted] has not responded to my letter about meeting to discuss the issue or for me to view the damage. Unit that time, I have no comment, without further information. The situation was discussed at the monthly Board of Directors Meeting, a Board Member Mrs, [redacted] stated she had a conversation with Mrs. [redacted] and also informed her we do not do any painting.
