We had a problem with the *** Fence because of underground springs or wet
land area. We did do the repairs back in May

OKI do wasn't the customer to be happy in the end. SO I am going back on my "I am done with this" attitude that I said on the phone to *** last week and agree to meet with him after the winter...in the spring and resolve this once and for all

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** did come to the property and did make an effort to make some of the requested repairs, others he just shrugged his shoulders It is clear to me based on conversations & evaluations from other knowledgeable people, "corners were cut" and repairs will be required in the near future In my opinion there was no "pride of owneship" in the hardscaping work provided I'm disappointed, but thank you for the support of the Revdex.com and *** *** has provided me! While I'm rejecting this repair work, I realize there is very little that can be done I do understand that if further action is required I will need to approach this from another manner.

William “Bill” Schlechter and his landscaping team are one of the best contract firms with which I have had the pleasure of doing business. I highly recommend them.
My dad signed a contract with Bill to do a major yard project in April 2015 with the understanding that the work would begin by June 10th. When my dad became ill, the contract became my responsibility. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the contract from my dad and an Internet search revealed some past concerns about Bill. I left Bill a message and he got back to me on June 9th. Although I think Bill was running a couple of days behind schedule, once he learned that my dad was terminally ill, but at home and wondering about the landscaping, he said “a crew will start in the morning”.
Bill met with my dad the morning of June 10th (as per schedule) to discuss the contract. His team proceeded to do the work over the next several days hoping that dad could really see his vision become reality before he passed away. They went above and beyond the contract details by installing extra plants and some left over sod from another job. When I added to the work due to my dad's declining health, Bill accepted it and only charged me his cost. I'm sure this put him further behind schedule with other customers, but he simply said that they would understand. At the end of the project, we discovered that my neighbor's invisible fence had been accidentally severed with some of the work. Bill quickly made arrangements to have it repaired and paid for it. No questions asked.
The work performed was EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, my dad didn't live long enough to see the final results, but he died knowing that Bill and his team had everything well in hand. Everyone that came to town for my dad's funeral was very impressed by my dad's vision and Bill's work.
PS: If you are one of the people that experienced a small delay with your project due to Bill's work on my dad's project, please know that we really really appreciate your understanding as Bill was on a very important mission. He allowed my dad to rest easier. Thank you.

When we finished the repairs he wanted we asked [redacted] if everything was ok and he said yes.  We have installed over 600 walks and patios in 7 years and this is the first complaint.  The repairs were very small and like adding some polymer sand and readjusting 9 bricks.  I don't understand we were extremely [unreadable] to any thing he wanted.  I will call him.

We met with [redacted] and he showed us his concerns on Monday Oct. 17.  We proceeded to add polymer sand where he showed concerns and fixed 8 bricks along his sidewalk.  He then gave his ok to the repairs.  We are sorry for the communication gap that occurred.  We did respond...

one day early when he did not know we came.  It was a very little repair job but I do understand [redacted]'s concerns and we addressed them.  He is a very nice man.  I believe we ended the job amicably and as friends. Bill S.
