*** The customer came in to the dealership on November 12th complaining that her car had a grinding noise and rough ride. Peake BMW determined that she needed tires and an alignment. We could not duplicate the rough ride. The customer returned on the 25th of
November to Peake BMW with the car overheating. A quote was given to the customer for the necessary repairs. The customer denied the repairs at this time. After receiving your letter, our General Manager spoke to the customer on December 9th explaining that Peake BMW was not at fault for the repairs to her vehicle. He offered to discount a part of the repairs if she would bring her vehicle back in for the repairs to be performed.
