MY RESPONSE IS THE SAME, MY INSTALLER WENT TO THE PARKING LOT TO GET THE CAR,WHILE WALKING TO THE CAR HE PUSHED THE UNLOCK BUTTON ON THE KEY FOB ,IT DIDN'T WORK, HE UNLOCKED THE CAR WITH THE KEY.ABOUT A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT THE LOCKING MECHANISMI'M SORRY THE ABOUT YOUR LOCKING MECHANISM,BUT WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT'S MALFUNCTION .NIKOLAY SAID , THE MERCEDES DEALER TOLD HER THAT WE PULLED BACK THE C-PILLERS THAT IS A LIE ! WE DON'T TAKE OFF OR PULL BACK PANELS THE THING WASN'T WORKING WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT IN FOR TINT YEARS OF TINTING CARS IF WE BREAK SOMETHING WE FIX IT ! IF IT WORKED MY INSTALLER WOLDN'T HAVE TO USE A KEY TO GET INIT'S JUST A COINCIDENCE THAT IT MALFUNCTIONED THAT DAY .WE DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND STAND BEHIND OUR WORKIN YEARS I THINK I'VE HAD COMPLAINTS, YOU DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF RECORD, IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR COSTUMERSI WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T DOAND LIKE I SAID IT WAS BROKEN WHEN MY INSTALLER PUSHED THE BUTTON IT DIDN'T WORK

The person that pulled the car in; had to use the key to unlock the carSo the thing didn't work when he tried to unlock the carThe person who said that we pulled some panels off is a lier!!we didn't remove panels,ever! So, if he lies about a panel, sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking aboutI'm sorry the customer thinks that we broke the locking mechanism but that is not the caseElectric parts break, usually with no warning

I have worked it out with the customer and he has withdrawn his complaint

The customer assured me the complaint has been resolved , I spoke with him yesterday

they did not replace window tint on passenger side frontI'm at the dealer again having them look into the sounds to see if window paper is iinfact an issueOnce I have this looked at and it is not an install issue I will fallow up with the issue. Thank you

My installer,told me that the lock didn't work when he went to pull the car aroundThe customer called a few days later and said we broke the locking mechanism.I told the customer that we didn't damage itI talked to my installer after she had called, that's when I found out the thing was all
ready brokeHer brother in law called I told him it was already brokenI have not been contacted senseIn 37years of tinting we have tinted many thousands of carsNever damaging any locks or any other components, I think the vehicle in question is about years old, sometimes, things wear outI'm not going pay for something that we didn't break

The locking mechanism was not broken when we took the vehicle to Arizona Custom Glass Tinting (ACGT). This is the first time that ACGT has made this statement.  We have documentation from two auto repair shops clearly stating the damage was caused by the tinting process.  Not only was the locking mechanism damaged, but as the Mercedes dealer pointed out, the C-Pillars had been improperly pulled back during the installation process and not properly put into place causing further damage. This information along with the copies of the report from the other automotive repair shop was sent to ACGT on July 18, 2017, and they never responded.  In reviewing other complaints made against ACGT they seem to have pattern of saying the damage was not their fault and the vehicle in question was already damaged.  It is time ACGT admit to their mistake and take full responsibility for the damage that they caused.
