I placed an online order on Oct15, 2016, Order # *** for Bead Pen Refill Metal Bead Pen (quantity 3, total $1.99) and Desert Wind Black White Tan Bead Pen Set (quantity set, total $29.99) for a total of $(including $shipping & handling) charged to my credit cardI only received one bead pen instead of a set of threeWhen I contacted Classis Charms at the phone number listed on the website I got a disconnected recordingThen I sent several emails and was finally contacted by someone named *** on Oct24, and told "When you order the bead pen set, you receive ONE pen, with the bead you selectedThe price is for ONE pen not threeThe three are shown to show the different colored pens that are available We are in the process of moving our phone lines to a call center for the holidays, as it typically gets quite busyHere is your RA# ***Please send everything back to us at ** *** *** * *** ** ** *** ** ***Please mark your RA# on the outs
Order #*** placed on 3/12/Order cancelled on 3/18/with email stating that refund would be made on 3/19/It is now 4/23/17, no refund given, and after several emails for weeks on end, with no response, and calling the listed phone number several times daily for five weeks straight, there is no message, no answer, it just rings and ringsSeems I have been scammedI saved all the email chains and phone logs just in case a lawyer may need themHad to file a dispute with PayPalThis is ridiculousIf I do in fact get my refund, I have a shopping cart saved online full of items that I would like to purchase, but after this, return business will be an issue

On 10/26/I e-mailed Classic Charms inquiring about my order, as I had not received it They e-mailed back, stating that they had sold out and were waiting for another shipment They said they anticipated it would arrive "very soon." They stated that once a shipping label is generated, I would receive an e-mail from *** with a tracking number I never received that e-mail nor a tracking number
On 11/10/I sent another e-mail inquiring as to the status of my order I never received a response
On 11/13/I e-mailed again inquiring about the order I never received a response
I have been calling the number on their website (***) daily The only answer is a recording stating, "The number you have dialed is not in service at this time."
