I completed an application for housing at The Lodges of Colorado SpringsI was told I need a guarantor/co-signor in order to move inI could not get a guarantor/co-signorI was then told that in order to qualify by myself, I would have to pay $application fee to run a credit and background check and then make 3x the rentI informed one of the lease workers that I would not be able to move in because I couldn't find a job, neither of my parents will co-sign because we are all trying to deal with the death of my brotherTo my disbelief, I was told I had a binding contract and was responsible for finding a subleaser
My mom spoke to one of the workers and informed them that she was not going to co-sign and that voids the applicationMy mom also stated I was texted by one of their workers that I needed a co-signor or I would have to try to qualify on my own
The Lodges of Colorado Springs are trying to force me into contract that is confusing because
