I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The letter states, "At this time, we have conflicting information as to the date of loss, and initial treatment.", which is a complete spin of my information. Additionally, I have waited for weeks to find out if additional information was needed and was never advised so. I only got this abrupt denial upon expressing my complete displeasure with this process and am clearing being discriminated against on that basisI need the name of your supervisor and his/her contact information as soon as possible
