This issue was taken care of as of September 1stThe residents moved in on 8/26/and at that time it was discovered that the pervious tenant took the modem for the internetUpon learning of this issue our office contacted our internet provider on Monday, August 29, and requested a tech to come out and install a new modemThe earliest the internet company could send someone to our property to address the issue was on 9/1/due to high volume of request they had coming in from multiple properties in our areaThe tech came out as promised to the resident on 9/1/and installed a new modem and restored the internet for the resident

I am rejecting this response because:You have not verified that the Internet issues have been fixedIf you had, you would have learned that only two rooms if seven are workingThese students do not have the time to deal with the incompetent management at this housing complexAdditionally, the Internet is only one point of my complaintWhat steps are being taken to properly manage the property?

After reviewing [redacted]s claim and taking a look at his payment history we have decided to give [redacted] a $25 gift card. Once the gift card arrives at the property the General Manager will reach out to [redacted] to come pick it up. Please let us know if you have any questions.
