Like my employee stated already, the truck came in that way...Newer Dodge trucks have a black strip of vinyl about inches along the side of some truck windows..However not all of it is installed correctly..Its such a re-occurring issue that if anyone goes to any Dodge Dealership, and walks the lot.You will find brand new trucks with the same issue..Its not even really noticeable only to people who want to complain about anything..What this clown is not saying though he was questioning my employees FAITH In his religion????Which is none of his damm business..When this clown tried stopping my employee outside my employee simply didn't hear him....When he did start talking to my employee, he was cursing at himi...My employee simply asked him to stop cursing at that time this clown started saying ***, [redacted] ,***, over and over.While he was saying this he was jumping around like a dam fool with his fist in a fighting position.He was trying to get my employee to fight him?????LOSER This is all over a piece of vinyl that comes wrinkled in some cases,This is the type of temper that just got a little girl killed on our streetsWhats funny is, that he acts like a dam fool, threatens my employee, complains about something that was already there.Then he calls the COPS.They simply couldn't do anything, and I'm sure they have more important things to do.Now hes crying to the Revdex.com whatever clown...I watched the video on our cameras it was entertaining what a loser....Stay away from our location or I will be calling the cops on youYEARS OF EXPERIENCE YEARS IN BUSINESS THANK YOU NEW MEXICO

Saturday is one of our busiest days as you were told when you scheduled it. We have to unhook every car seat that is in every car so that we can properly work on the vehicleWe do give people an estimated time, and that is exactly what it is, "an estimated time"We tell all our customers that
we will call them when there car is ready.Also to inform them, that due to liability reasons, we WILL NOT put the car seat back in the vehicleThat is why we put the car seat side waysAll this was explained to you along with the proper caring instructions for your vehicle tint jobWe do take pride in all our work , as you can see that our work is top grade, which is why you probably left the tipAt no point in this complaint did you complain about out workWe have cameras in our shop that are always runningSo whatever scrape on your cars bumper did not come from our shopThat is the reason why the man told you to "get out of here!". We take offensive to people accusing us of damaging their vehiclesWe have no problems or issues telling people to leave the premises when they accuse us of such thingsWhen he came out of the shop, he was not carrying a weapon or tying to threaten you in any wayHe was working on a vehicle for another customer and the only thing in his hand was a tinting toolAs stated earlier, we do take pride in all our work and it speaks for itselfWe value and appreciate all our loyal returning customersAs far as wanting your money back, we do not give cash refunds back

I am rejecting this response because: THE SERVICE WHICH IS CONSIDERED "WORK" WAS HORRIBLE! THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL AND IF THE "ESTIMATED TIME" WAS "LONGER THAN EXPECTED" THEN SOME COMMUNICATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE, IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS COMPANY HAS NONE!!! AND THE JOB ITSELF WAS POORI ALWAYS TIP WHEN WORK IS DONE (ITS CALLED GOOD MANNERS) AND MIND YOU THIS IS BEFORE THE FACT I SAW SCRATCHES ON MY CAROBVIOUSLY THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY IF "ILLEGAL" JOBS ARE DONE FOR CASH AND THEREFOR REFUSING MY REFUNDTHE "WARRANTY AND INSTRUCTIONS" WERE VAGUE AND WEREN'T VERY CLEAR AND NEVER ONCE WAS MY TODDLER CAR SEAT MENTIONEDTHAT IS PERSONAL PROPERTY WHICH GOES BEYOND THE SERVICE, IF YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT THE "LIABILITY" I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED TO REMOVE THE CAR SEAT PRIORTHAT ALSO BRINGS UP THE FACT IF MY CAR SEAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY YOUR STAFF REMOVED IT SO YOU WOULD STILL BE LIABLESCREAMING AND KICKING PAYING CUSTOMERS OFF OF THE PROPERTY IS NOT A WAY TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTEAND ANY "TOOL" IS CONSIDERED A DEADLY WEAPON AND WHICH I DID FEEL THREATENED ENOUGH TO CONTACT THE POLICEI WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUNDTHANK YOU
