Little confuse now, as you just called and spoke to our customer service rep, regarding this so I am not sure why you are saying that no one is answering your calls, You've called our office and you've contacted Revdex.com, so where do you want me to respond here or at our customer service

We've double checked with our bank and it was indeed refundedBut I've once again submitted the request please allow another 24-48hrs but It was done from our endThere is nothing more I can do at this time

Hello *** I checked my account this morning and still no refundThis is the high school water polo booster’s checking accountI was afraid this would happen if I sent the towels back with no assurance I’d get the refundI’ve attached photos here from the Chase account that clearly show we paid $back on 10/30. They received the towels on 1/9/

We do receive a lot of calls every day and everything is working just fine, If you are calling on a Saturday there is no one here to answer your calls, Now going back to your order.You've ordered towels and we are not able and then you've start emailing that you need them right away
for expedited shipment UPS Offer 2nd Day air and Day Air as the package you ordered was free shipping, We ship that using UPS Ground which take 4-business days.You've called yesterday and mentioned that you are filing a charge back and cancel this order so we've already refunded you 100% Thanks

towels with no explanation, unfortunately I had already reversed the charges with my bank. Once I contacted you they would not speak with me unless I removed my complaint which I refused. They originally double billed my cc, $398, which should have been $199. I have never received the refund, but now I have been temporarily credited $398. So I will have to wait and see how the bank handles it. Thank you so much for your assistance![redacted]

Please let us know, If you've a different address we've no problem re-shipping the goods as we've already shipped it twice.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I haven't used any, I just didn't recall how many I ordered so all 72 will be sent back unused. I had to order some from a different company after this order and that one was 55  pieces.  Once I get the labels which were not sent before, I will send them back and await the refund. If I don't get the refund once I send them back, what do I do? When can I expect the shipping labels be emailed to me?
