ASG has attempted to contact Mr*** several times to discuss this experience, however, he will not return any message that we leaveI am not familiar with any of this experience, so I will respond the best that I am able to under these conditionsWe have been in business for years and have
a very high customer satisfaction rating on Google,Angie's list, Genbook and the Revdex.comThis is because we take customer service VERY seriouslyWe do employ humans that can and have made mistakes, when this happens we always make every effort to correct the condition and make certain that the customer is satisfiedAs far as serpentine belts go, every vehicle has them and certainly are important to prevent a breakdown on the side of the roadI am not surprised that his neighbor had one replaced tooWe perform a courtesy inspection with pictures on every vehicle that visits ASG to help mitigate any failure down the roadI am disappointed that Mr*** did not attempt to discuss this experience with me before filing this concernI would have certainly been more than happy to investigate his free replacement of the interior light that we missed and oil sticker, as well as his counter experienceWe do show that we replaced bulbs free of charge on his of visits @ ASGRight upper tail light bulb and license plate bulbI or no other shop would realistically be able to tell how many miles oil has been in a vehicle as it turns dark within a few weeks of use by designWe have no evidence on how long the vehicle was driven and as indicated by the other shop, this vehicle possibly has an oil leak that will cause a low conditionThe last visit I show on this vehicle in ASG was 9.21.16, months is quite the time between now to evaluate oil level and condition.Please contact me with further questions and concerns-Craig D***ASG AutomotivePresident
