12/1/2015Dear [redacted] ***,I am in receipt of your letter date November 18, regarding the above referenced matterWe regret that their "***', a Siberian Husky, experienced any health related concerns but are glad that they have been resolvedWith regards to that I would like to provide the following information.Our store provides a very comprehensive warranty with every pet we sellOur puppy warranty is both thoroughly explained to each customer and is customer initialed in different places to ensure each of our customers understands the full benefit of our warranty(Copy of [redacted] 's warranty is attached)Every customer receives their copy of that warranty.As per the warranty, at the sign of any illness, [redacted] had the option of returning the puppy for a full refundShe chose not to do that and instead chose to have the puppy treated for a very common puppy upper respiratory infection which our warranty covers, had she complied with it"***' was seen by a veterinarian and released to [redacted] with a routine follow up visit Scheduled for weeks later.As per part of our Day Health Warranty and section E of the General Terms and Conditions Customers must allow us our right to a second opinion prior to treatmentUnfortunately, [redacted] disregarded those terms and initiated treatment without notice which then prevented us from getting that second opinion from our veterinarian.On October 16th [redacted] presented us with vet invoices after that treatment and, even though we were not obligated to do so we agreed to a partial reimbursement as a customer goodwill adjustmentShe was told and reminded at that time that she must follow the terms of the warranty procedure for any subsequent veterinary treatmentsThere were those subsequent visits required for which she, again, disregarded the warranty procedures as well as our advice to her when she, again, initiated treatment in the same fashion as she had initially.Therefore, for the above stated reasons, we are unable to provide [redacted] any further assistance beyond what we have already done.Thank you, Scott W

Our puppy warranty is both thoroughly explained to each customer and is customer initialed in 12 different places to ensure each of our customers understands the full benefit of our warranty.
