We acknowledge the many times that this former client called the office to discuss her services An inordinate amount of time and effort was spent by our organization to respond to her preferences and weekly complaints about the smallest of details Unfortunately, we have never been able
to satisfy her complaints and she cancelled her services As she did that, she disputed $with her credit card company which resulted in that amount being refunded before we had an opportunity to refund it directly We do not agree that she was owed that sum of a refund, but chose not to pursue any further contact with this often unpredictable and volatile client My employees should not be subjected to her erratic behaviors She received that amount from her dispute and our business with this matter is closed We wish her the best of luck in the future finding a service that could possibly meet her extraordinary demands We successfully satisfy a large clientele that we are very grateful for Sometimes a single client is not a good fit for our services and unfortunately disparages the reputation that we've worked extremely hard to build and maintain

I am rejecting the response from Tim Gantz Lawn care regarding my complaint to You Revdex.com,He has lied about practically everything. He states that they have spent an inordinate amount of time and effort to respond to my preferences and weekly complaints about small details. In his letter to me dated 2/29/2016, he welcomes me to the spring season and thanked me for being a loyal client! I did not call him at all this mowing year until the day I called 7/6/2016 to cancel service. The bottom line is his mowers provided horrible service. I spoke to [redacted], explalined my reasons for cancelling, along with the amount that he owed me to services not performed.As you can see in my original complaint I sen an email as a follow up to phone cancellation, placed 4 phone calls over 2 weeks, leaving a message every time. Sent Certified Mail (return receipt requested). I have Never heard from Him! Than in my opinion is NO amount of time or effort. Instead it is avoidance!I contacted my credit card carrier, and stopped any further charges from being charged to my account. I cancelled my credit card and got a new one, because I DO NOT trust one word he says. I don't know how he became aware that I had contacted my credit card company, and what arrangements were made with them. They tell me no information was given by their office to him. He obviously knows how to play the game, and has done this before. In my opinion I believe he has taken money from other individuals who I am sure did not want to bother pursuing collection, due to the frustration and time involved...The credit card carrier, as a courtesy to me could only pay me a provisional amount of what is due, about half of what he owes me. He has stated that I did all this without giving him an opportunity to refund directly. What does he call all the attempts I made to try to get in touch with or get some response from him. Why should my credit care carrier pay for what he rightly owes me. He believes our dispute is closed and he has no further responsibility to pay the total amount.I want to warn other people who are considering having any work done by Tim Gantz Lawn care. DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY. His website shows him as a caring responsible, reputable man. WRONG!
