as of right now - the window in question is still in a associates possesion , and as customer was informed  - this type of repair sometimes does not end perfectly - if the window was not a operating...

window - it would not be as much of an issue - the referenced window was in total dis repair , rotted , and falling apart - we toook th window to be repaired and in the midst of a carpenter performing repairs , the window continued to get worse and become less structurally sound and cannot be repaired in full operational condition - the wood and rott has been fixed only issue being that the window does not operate to 100% functionality - and customer is not happy - window is repaired like mentioned above - but the window does not close fully with operating crank alone - customer is not happy - but the repairs that we agreed on basaicallyt were perfromed , and the window is solid again - it just has operational issues - I would like to resolve this matter - but im almost sure ther will be no easy way of settling - I will await response from customer -  i am willing to split the cost of repairs and return teh window as is - in ther repaired but not functioning state -

The attached email receipt is what I received from the owner when I paid him for the repair.
