Tittle Brothers Construction installed *** *** roof in November This winter the homeowner had an issue with a leakWe sent our crew out to service the roof leak and fix any issue with the roof we installed as is standardUpon fixing the roof leak in the home the homeowner called our
office and requested us to fix the drywall damage that occurredWe explained at that point that while it clearly states in our terms and conditions on the contract they signed that we are not responsible for any drywall damage we will come out and repair the drywall but we will not be responsible to paintWe sent our drywall crew out to the customers home and the customer asked the crew to paint the ceiling and three wallsAll three walls were a different color and could not just be "patched in" so we would have had to paint the entire roomWe explained to the customer they were more than welcome to pay our crew directly to paint anything they wanted painted but that was not covered under warranty and we would not be fixing for them

Tittle Brothers Construction completed the roof for this homeowner in We were called on September 21st with a service and went to the residence on September 30thThe leak was still taking place after that so we sent a crew out to the home again on October 9th, After we were still experiencing issues then we sent the original roofing crew that completed the job to the customers house on October 24th, and have not heard any further complaints from the homeownerAll is fixed

The roof has not been fixed and never stopped leaking.  I would really appreciate if Title Brothers Company takes care of this problem.

After the rain storm on September 20th [redacted] roof started leaking. She called our office 6 times the next day to let us know it was leaking and all 6 times we told her we wrote her service down and we would take care of it. Wednesday 23rd we had a crew go out to access the leak and see...

what they could fix or what needed to be done. She was not home at the time. It rained the following week and our fix from the week before did not work so she called again on Monday 28th {again calling multiple times within the day demanding someone to be there instantly}. We scheduled our service crew out to her house first stop {between 9-10am} Wednesday September 30th to again try fixing the leak. The gentleman were there as scheduled walked the roof, fixed a few nail pops that had occurred, changed the flashing on her chimney and caulked a few areas. If her roof leaks again we will be there again. She has a 50 year warranty with our company and we have stood behind that warranty. We are at her house within 48 hours of her call every time she calls us. She has called our company 13 times but the majority of those are in the same day within hours of each other.

Tittle Brothers Construction has refunded [redacted] the full $800 he paid our company to do work on his property and have sent the check via certified mail. We had a signed contract with this customer and we completed a good portion of the work. We do believe that there was major...

miscommunications between the salesmen, the homeowner and the office and find it very unfortunate that the project did not work out.

This is a follow up to our phone conversation today. As of 7-26-26 my garage that was built by the Tittle Brother company July 2015 has not passed inspection by the city of [redacted].

Thank you!

We have been to [redacted] residence multiple [redacted]es to fix his leak issue. We have sent many different crews to see what can be done to fix it and have gone out on 4 dates {12/31/15, 1/15/16, 2/12/16 and 5/6/16}. We received another phone call from [redacted] at the beginning of July and we sent a...

different sider, [redacted], out to fix the issue. On July 18th he was on [redacted] property and he rewrapped the window in the leaking area, rewrapped the door in leaking area, repaired flashcards, took down 2ft of siding, caulk six windows and fixed the siding on the back of the house. We are almost positive all of issues are fixed and he should not experience any further leaking. Everytime [redacted] called our office we have arrived to troubleshoot the leaking area and see what we can do to fix it.

Upon completion of garage, Tittle Brothers called in final inspection and the city informed us we need to get a few other inspections. Once the city told us we needed to get further inspections the winter season started and we put everything on hold until the bad weather passed. [redacted], the [redacted]...

[redacted] city inspector is planning on meeting ** the project manager sometime the last week of March or first week of April and as soon as we get a few dates that will work with the inspector we will be calling the homeowner to schedule a time that works best for all of us. [redacted], the inspector said he would like to wait for the frost laws to lift so we can fix some concrete if needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:First of all, the thirteen calls that I had made to the Tittle brothers company took place over a period of two weeks; not a single one of them was returned by the company.  I can offer you my phone records to prove that. Incidentally, this assertion is a perfect illustration of deceptive practices utilized by this company.I cannot dispute their claim that somebody tried to fix the roof when I was not home, but unfortunately the roof has never been fixed and continues leaking the same way, if not worse, as it did the first time I called the Tittle brothers company.  Can you please convince them to fulfill their obligation to fix it.Frankly, I am rather surprised and disappointed that this company is still carrying the A+ rating.  Would you please reassess their rating too.

Tittle Brothers Construction has contacted this homeowner and started demo on the garage we built them on Tuesday, August 2nd. When we originally built the garage the customer called us after it was completed to state that it was not built tall enough per their contract. They had stated that they...

were fine and we came up with an arrangement so we would not have to completely tear off the roof. The customer has since decided they want us to change the full roof and we have agreed. This entire project should be completed by mid August. We have torn off roof and will have our carpenter there Wednesday and Thursday to replace. Our roofers and siders will be over quickly after and then we will schedule our city inspection.

Tittle Brothers Construction completed the roof on May 7th. 2010. We never received one phone call from the customer explaining that her roof was leaking and wanting us to come out and fix. As soon as she had a problem she immediately went to a different company trying to fix the issues. When we...

finally did get a call from her stating she wanted her money back to pay another roofer we told her no that we would come out and service our own work. We went out to her house on December 29th, 2015 and fixed all problems she was having. She is very happy and said she will call us from now on with any problems.

We have been going back and forth with the City of [redacted] Building department for this job. We have met the inspector on site twice already and have a meeting with him on Thursday, August 11th at 9:30 am to hopefully finish and pass our final inspection once and for all. I have my roofing crew...

scheduled to be there with extra shingles in case the inspector asks us to tear up any areas he is not pleased with. I assure the roof was put on properly and will pass any GAF certified inspection. It is not necessary for every roof to have two rolls ice and water shield on their home and [redacted] contract specifically says 6' at Eaves and Valleys and 3' at flashing walls and chimneys. With that being said whatever the inspector asks us to do we will always complete for them and are ready and willing to make any changes he says are needed. We did not pressure anyone into paying we simply asked for the check upon completion and were provided with it and I assure you we did not "take advantage of senior citizens" or "rip anyone off". We have responded every time we have received a call and have gone out to the property to meet the inspector.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10978380, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:I am not satisfied.  Right after Tittle Brothers left my home, the roof continued to leak.  I responded to [redacted] (that keeps harrasing me on how to remove this Revdex.com message), let him know that it kept leaking after they left, but I will remove the message after we get a HARD DOWN POUR of rain and usually that does not happen until around spring.  Hard Rain/ Lots of rain, and/or snow on roof is telling on if the roof is fixed correctly.  This is when my roof leaks.   Regards,[redacted]
