We moved in to *** *** *** Fullerton CA property on Jan 8, with $3,Security deposit with help from Carla J***/C-West Coast Broker
We moved out from the property on May 31st, We have used $1,from our security deposit for the last month rent (as stated from the contract we can use our security deposit for the last month rent)
on May 2015, The Kennedy Group sent us an invoice for outstanding Gas Utility bill for $1,After we looked into the details the right amount was only $and we all agreed that it will be deducted from our security deposit We still have $1,remaining security deposit
The Kennedy Group sent us the final check out list that they made without our supervision on June 19, They charged us days rent which we already moved out from that property on May 31, (I have the hotel receipt), they never showed us the receipts and the worst part is they charge us again with outstanding gas bill that
The most unprofessional property management I've ever had to deal withI'm aware that the TKG representatives are simply doing their job but the entire company is corruptI lived in an apartment that they "managed" for one yearThey never responded to any maintenance issues we hadThey were dishonest about multiple thingsThey simply did not care about the property or the people living in itThe ownership of the property changed, and they became worseI did everything I could to make sure we received our full security deposit back, yet, they still took out money for items I already fixedI emailed them to come to some sort of agreement, yet again, they simply did not careI am now taking this issue to small claims court
