Todd's Tickets

so I travelled from canada to miami for a showpurchased tickets at the aventura mallthe day before the show the artist got sick and had to cancelit later got rescheduledso I understand that if the show is rescheduled and you can't make it to the show it is 100% your own problemi re listed the tickets at todds ticketsno one bought them, so I decided to give them to a friend who was able to make the rescheduled showonce she arrived at the venue they denied her access because the tickets were 'invalid' I contacted todds tickets and they agreed to refund me through "snail mail" so basically they were supposed to mail me my refund as I was unable to fly back to miami to deal with the matter face to faceits approaching one year and I still have not received my refund
so, I would definitely not recommend this site to ANYONE, and would push people to use stub hubI've been purchasing tickets from stub hub since that happened and never once had an issuemy sister once received a fraud ticket and they actually dealt with the problem and had her seated in an even better seat
these todd ticket guys are a jokei will never consider purchasing from them again
when buying tickets from sites like these you expect that if this happens they would care enough to help you out, but nope
I'm out $200.00, and they could not give a rats behindpathetic
