I am rejecting this response because: I was actually doing my son-in-law a favor who told me that he did NOT see on the receipt that these chains were not refundable nor does he remember seeing a sign in the spot in the store they are located I never opened or used those chains He gave me the receipt which I left at the ACE store in question with the understanding that my son-in-law received my telephone message that I was leaving the receipt at ACE so he could pick up both the receipt and chains since the manager refused to give me a refund So my question is where is the receipt that I left at the store to prove that it stated no refund for this item? If the manager refuses to provide a refund, then he must return those chains to my son-in-law along with the original receipt My son-in-law is *** *** address= *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** If what the manager says is true for his store, then he has not right to re-sell that item It belongs to my son-in-law Thanks for your understanding in these matters Sincerely, *** ***, MD; COL (RET), US Army
