The *** *** that she is talking about has 160k miles I didn't sell her a brand new vehicle, and the problem that she has is the timing belt not the fan belt like she said! The car is sitting here for her dad to decide what he wants to do with it! I'm still waiting for them to decide! There
is no lemon law on a vehicle with 160k I could've told them to screw and have them pay for all the repairs but I didn't do that! I told them they can pay for parts and we will cover the labor at no cost! Regarding the first problem she had which is the fan belt that was squeking, fan belts are not under any warranty they are regular maintenance but we changed it for her for free we didn't even get the 100$ deductible that we are supposed to collect by law! She doesn't understand that she bought a used car and it has 160k miles and this vehicle will require maintenance! I was kind enough to tell them I'll take care of labor on a job like this which will take couple days of work, but I guess I should've just told them to deal with it on there own since she is going to complain anyway!

It sat for so long because he kept giving excuses saying his people were on vacation as well as himself, I called everyday due to the matter. I'm just fed up and want a refund so I guess we can go to small claims.

The vehicle did not break down 14 days after! This is not true! As I said in my previous reply this vehicle does not fall under any lemon it has 160k it was sold with no major defects and it was running 100% with no major issues and would pass state inspection! I was kind enough to offer them free labor if they get the parts but since they don't appreciate my help I would ask them to tow the vehicle out of my lot since its been sitting here for them to decide what they want to do! I didn't charge any storage fee or any labor fee to check it out! The timing belt broke when she was driving it we didn't know that the timing is going to break! This is not something that we can know!

I reject his response because no matter if it was a used car or not I feel as though it shouldn't have broken down in less then 14 days. He knew something was wrong with the car and didn't tell me. The motor mounts were also shot within the first week and he says he told me which he didn't because I wouldn't have brought the car because motor and transmission is on the warranty also.
