First, somebody actually answered the phone. Off to a good start. After I made the reservation from Toronto airport taxi to our hotel they provided a confirmation email. The driver arrived fashionably early, texted he was waiting, and patiently waited for my text advising him we were ready. He was well groomed and dressed nicely. He was pleasant but remained quiet unless we initiated conversation. The limo was very nice and clean!! Perfection.
