Toyota Financial's website is basically the worst I've ever encounteredOften, it's impossible to reach at allOther times, only strategic parts of it will fail to loadIt seems designed to make it as difficult as possible to access and successfully make a paymentEven after you go through the process of paying, the company doesn't actually debit the money from your bank account until some random number of days later (even if you schedule it to happen "today")It makes financial planning involving this company basically impossibleI suspect they want people to have this experience, since they charge late fees

Toyota Financial Services with it's subsidiary Lexus Financial Services are scam artists and thieves. They took money out of my bank account for a lease payment after my lease ended, and I returned my car to Lexus on time. Never had a single missed payment. I have a stellar lease payment history with this and all other companies I ever financed or leased from.

Impossible to get hold of their customer service, and there is only one number you can call, no e-mail. I have tried every day for almost a week now, can't get through to customer service rep - "there is a system maintenance". Meanwhile they have my $569.19 with no intentions to return. CONSUMER BE AWARE!!! Don't lease or finance any Lexus or Toyota, they are SCAM!
