They promised my car would be done same dayThey never called me back at the time they said they wouldI called back and they said they had to keep it overnightThey said it would be done and I would receive a call by 9am the next dayThey never called I had to call more times after that because they couldn't tell me the situation with my carFinally I went to pick it up after they failed to call and inform meI get there and the guy wants to charge me for not doing any work on my carHe didn't put up a fight, he turned and got my keys Once I do get to my car, there are napkins insideLooks like they took my car to go get lunch

They said it would be done and I would receive a call by 9am the next day. They never called. I had to call 3 more times after that because they couldn't tell me the situation with my car. Finally I went to pick it up after they failed to call and inform me. I get there and the guy wants to charge me for not doing any work on my car. He didn't put up a fight, he turned and got my keys.
Once I do get to my car, there are napkins inside. Looks like they took my car to go get lunch.
