Good morning ***, In response to the claim above we would like to provide the following informationThe customer ordered a promotional Pasta Pass from our customer Olive Garden on 9/17/The promotional period during which the Pasta Pass can be used runs from 10/5/through 11/22/ The customer would have received an email when their order shippedIt’s possible the customer didn’t add [email protected] to their email address book as outlined in the order confirmation and the email got stuck in their spam filter or they filed the claim before getting the emailCustomer didn’t contact Guest Relations at Olive Garden to inquire about their orderThe phone number was provided in the order confirmation (as you can see in the text that the customer copied into the Revdex.com claim)Olive Garden Guest Relations would have provided up to date shipping information regarding the orderThe customer’s order was fulfilled and delivered on 9/24/15, well in advance of the start of the promotionProof of delivery is attachedWe hope this addresses the claim and shows our company and our customer Olive Garden fulfilled this order correctly and timelyRegards, [redacted] Director Finance
