Horrible they are rude nasty they are very expensive they just towed my car and because they didn't have the keys they charge me for that I never heard of that of course if they towed the car how would they have the key how are these guys in business they need to close them down they are a rip of!

Corruption lies within this businessI can't tell you enough how I am the victim in that my car was stolen and in this facility for less then hours and the way I was treated was disgraceful This business should be exposed for the price fixing and unlawful contracts they have with the cityless then hours and I am out $They would tell me nothing about my car and only want their money in cash no less

Review: On June **th 2013 my 21 year old daughter while driving on the Saw Mill caught a flat. Police respoded and telephoned rode repair. The Transit Auto Tow was called and Mr. [redacted] responded and placed a donut on my daughter's vehicle at which time payment was exchanged. Upon my daughters leaving, less than half a mile down the road my daughters haed to get off the road. Upon arriving there, and putting some sealent on the tire, I noticed a gaping hole. When I asked my daughter she stated she was driving slowly, however upon departing from the site she noticed a noise, but was unsure as to what it was. On Sunday I called and spoke with [redacted] who rudely said " she probably ran over a nail" I then asked to speak with a supervisor. He told me to call back Monday. On Monday July, *, 2013 I spoke with manager/supervior [redacted] who was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He stated it was to bad. Transit Auto Tow is a RIP OFF without any consideration for the safety of others. WE DONT NEED THEM RESPONDED TO ANY CALLS FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY HURT OR KILLED becasue of their neglience.
