We are refunding the customer in full in the amount of $for the services perfomed 8/11/to resolve this complaint

Gave the customer a trailer to use for the weekend since they felt their trailer was not correct - and then traded back the trailer that the customer didn't feel was correct for a different trailer that the customer selected

We believe this dispute to be resolved and the customer is having the vehicle picked up today 6/16/2014.

These are not honest, ethical people to deal with. I negotiated a deal with them, made arrangements to pick up the unit (all of which was agreed to in witting) and hours later was told they sold it to someone else. investigating legal action. Bottom line, they jerked me around and wasted my time.
