I called and spoke with Mrs [redacted] *** Her complaint said they had talked to our Call Center, but there so no trace of any calls She admitted they attempted to call, but the wait time was too long I apologized and told her I had ended their EZpay account I then went over the contract As stated in your contract: “After your initial number of month’s membership has been fulfilled, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment will automatically renew your membership on a month-to-month basis on EZpayAfter your original commitment has been met, your monthly rate is subject to change at any time, and you are also able to cancel your membership by a phone request Do you understand and agree to these terms?” No refunds can be given on continued payments As a guest courtesy, I then offered to extend the passes for months to make up for the months she paid over commitment She started using profanity and said she didn’t want to come back to our park and that we have to give her back their money She asked for my information so she could report me I told her I was ending my call since I could not help them and that I would follow up with Revdex.com

As a guest courtesy, I did reach out to Mrs [redacted] *** I explained the contract she signed and apologized for the long wait times with our Call Center She said she understood I also confirmed that she never spoke with anyone at our Call Center as she stated in her initial complain At no time was I rude with her, even when she spoke to me using profanity Our calls are recorded and we never "fight" with our guests! I did tell her that I had canceled her EZpay plan However, after she turned down my offer to extend her passes I ended our call To summarize: I have ended their EZpay plan No more monthly payments will be deducted As stated in our contracts (which she signed and agreed to), we do not refund payments over commitment Guest can contact us via email, in person or by phone to cancel (which she never did)

I spoke with Mr [redacted] , apologized for the bad customer service and assured him that the refund for $was submitted

We have not received an email from the 3rd party vendor They can contact us through the same email address you used ([email protected] You have always been in contact with our Guest Correspondent, [redacted] She emailed you confirming that we would extend your tickets beyond the expiration date So if you still want the refund from the [redacted] Hotels and Tickets - they can contact us to confirm you did not use the tickets Or, if you want to use the tickets after the expiration date - we will set you up with eTickets Please contact Deborah to let her know how you would like to proceed

We will not issue a refundGuest was issued complimentary tickets for both SeaWorld and Aquatica which are good for year We did receive a report from our Guest Arrival team informing us that Ms [redacted] became irate and security was called when she started cussing at our ambassadors She also mentioned she would contact her attorney; so at this point we can no longer assist her any further

SeaWorld does offer Rain readmits, but no refunds I will contact guest to see what day they came If rainy tickets were issue on the day of there visit, I can replace them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:we had to pay for gas and hotel stay since we do not live closeAlso, I took vacation from work to take my kidsSo tickets to come back will cost me more to pay for all the above againWe had such a bad time we do not wish to returnThe buy one get one free was a Father's Day special that I took advantage of, and should not be thrown back in my face or an excuse on your part This is the first we have heard of that refunds are not issued We have spoke to staff members who told us we need to talk to the person that has authority to give the refund, so your staff doesn't even know that you don't give refunds, which I don't believe Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not admit to calling and hanging up because of a long wait timePutting words in my mouth is not a smart ideaThe lady who called me was extremely rude from the beginningI said at the beginning of the phone call after hearing her initial tone of voice that I was not here to fight with her but to solve the disputeI told her that myself my bank and my husband have all called SeaWorld and attempted to cancel the contractShe would interrupt me and try to make me say something that I did not say as if she was recording the phone call and trying to put words in my mouthShe was extremely agitated towards me and incredibly rude and should probably be fired from the companyShe offered to extend my season passes for six months which I tried to decline and explain to her I did not want my season passes extended because I have been disputing the past six months of charges due to not being able to get in contact with SeaWorldEven there call back system that is automated that SeaWorld has doesn't even call you backI expect any further communication from SeaWorld to be done so through this website in writing the world is obviously trying to turn and flip my wordsThat is not appreciated and is actually highly illegalIt is especially illegal whenever it is regarding an official dispute that maybe seeing courtAnd the terms of profanity I did say the word damn and a few minor curse words but they were not towards the person I was speaking to they were used as adjectivesAnd this was after she had already tried to fight with me, twist my words, and was a complete utter irresponsible customer service representativeShe did not try to have a conversation, try to rush me off the phone, and did not try to resolve the dispute at allSince she admitted that her phone lines were routed to Orlando Florida, and that she had received multiple complaints about customers unable to get through to cancel contracts or ask questions I have given my bank that information with her admitting it and writing it down and here and the bank is saying that they will fully dispute the charges and fight SeaWorld against this since they are at fault hereIf SeaWorld will step up and resolve this dispute it would look a lot better on themMy husband and I both are working on this dispute with them and we are extremely angry about this outcome that is happening it would look a lot better on themMy husband and I both are working on this dispute with them and we are extremely angry about this outcome that is happeningWe will deter anyone in the future from purchasing a season pass from them or ever giving them their debit card or credit card informationI do hope that the woman who calls me procedes to take classes on customer service and goes to school for management classes in the future as she has not practiced what should be learned in school for thisI am saying this once again I am NOT going to be charged or pay for the services since SeaWorld representative who refused to give me her name has admitted that the calls are pretty much on able to come through because they all go through Orlando Florida and she has received multiple complaints regarding itIf one cannot reach SeaWorld to cancel the contract, one cannot cancel the contractThis is it legal I am sure and can also be reached out to the Federal Trade Commission, which will be my next step if the issue is not resolvedThen I will seek legal counsel on how to sue SeaWorld for my time, money, and for whatever laws can find that they are breakingFurthermore I am unable to go to sea world to get my money's worth even if I were to extend the contract monthsMy health has declined and I very rarely have enough energy because of my health to go to places such as an amusement parkA six-month extension is obsolete in my caseThis would be no helpLetting my kids go for a day in a aquatica where I can sit back and watch them would be a little bit of a vacation however, which is why I said that in the first responseI hope SeaWorld can practice better customer service in the future and open up their phone lines so that they are not illegally holding customers into contractsPlease excuse any typos As I am using voice to text on my tablet to respond Regards, [redacted] ***

Our Guest Correspondent representative did talk to you and offered a complimentary visit, meal vouchers and ride readmits since we do not refund tickets Plus, you only paid for half of the tickets and others were FREE It is stated on our website that we do not refund the tickets This is why our representative offered you return tickets

It is not our procedure to offer anyone complimentary return tickets without guest filing a complaint with our Security. We found no recond of any such complaint. Therefore, we cannot issue complimentary tickets as our Corporate Call Center informed this guest

Per my conversation with *** ***, I offered a return visit with a complimentary ECV. She will contact me weeks prior to her planned visit

Again, you will have to contact our EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) department at *** or ***) to file a claim
