We have made every effort to correct the recurring problem related to the check engine light onthe Hyundai that Mr [redacted] has purchasedEach time we have been aware of theproblem, the vehicle was diagnosed at a licensed NYS Repair Facility.Mr [redacted] sent correspondence suggesting another repair facility diagnosed the problem as a"Charcoal Canister" with a repair cost of $An investigation revealed the cost of the partas $and hour of labor to installThis would make Mr [redacted] s repair estimate extremelyinflated and unacceptable.On 7/18/17, Trevco Associates, LLC sent a letter to Mr [redacted] offering to have vehicle repairedat a licensed NYS Repair FacilityIf that is not satisfactory to Mr [redacted] , I have offered a fullrefund of the purchase price of the vehicle contingent upon the vehicle being in the samecondition as when he purchased itUnfortunately, any Motor Vehicle fees or Sales Tax wouldnot be eligible for a refund as those monies are paid directly to the State of New York.I am awaiting Mr [redacted] s response.Sincerely,Andrew SkuminTrevco Associates, LLC

This would make Mr. [redacted]s repair estimate extremelyinflated and unacceptable.On 7/18/17, Trevco Associates, LLC sent a letter to Mr. [redacted] offering to have vehicle repairedat a licensed NYS Repair Facility.
