of which I have received boxes days apart in very badly damaged boxesFedEx said they use used boxes and do not secure the items inside the box with any packing material to hold the items against the walls of the box securelyAny shifting inside the box leads to box destructionThe shipper had to wrap the two used tattered boxes in tape to make the trip and repackage another box in a new proper box with actual filler to prevent shifting,
Where are the other out of boxes of paint? This happens every timeI have been documenting in pictures for months how poorly and negligently they ship hazardous materialThey are negligent and allow permanent paint to be shipped that can damage anything it touches This negligence will not be toleratedThey violate the US law on shipping hazardous material https://www.l

This is in response to a negative review I left for TriarcoThe manager (Terry) personally contacted me to see how he could make it rightAfter a good talk, we agreed that a mistake was made, and how to avoid it in the futureHe also is sending me gift cards to donate to local charities or groups, such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters to get art suppliesI do plan to continue with this companyI feel my voice was heard and that they reacted positively to my complaint

The customer reported this as a single order, however, it really was two different ordersOrder # *** had the problem of arriving on different daysOrder # *** was reported damaged but then was promptly replaced.Our customers concerns:1) The customer stated that this was hazardous
materials: This is Tri-Crylic Acrylic paint which are certified as "AP" by the ACMI InstituteThe material in the paint is certified as being non-toxic/non hazardous.(See the attachment-Tri-Crylic Polymer Gels MSDS which covers all colors/mediums in this line of paint.) The reference to Cornell University does not apply since these materials are non-hazardousThe AP certification states, "that no materials in this paint has sufficient quantities to be toxic or injurious to humans, or to cause acute or chronic health problems"The materials in the paint are also not flammable2) Shipment of boxes arriving days apart-This is our order number QA9E2D0. Six boxes were shipped together, but did arrive on three different occasions: on 6/30, on 7/1, on 7/3.This is the carrier error/responsibility3) Our order number *** - was received damagedWe promptly replaced the entire order and shipped via standard overnight air at no chargeThree cartons had shipped on 6/22/It did not arrive until 6/because it required a customer signature4) We confirmed with our warehouse director that the paint should have been individually wrapped in plastic bags and put into a correct burst strength corrugateThis particular order was not handled to ours or our customers satisfaction.We are very sorry for the errors in these ordersWe thought we remedied the damage situation by promptly replacing the damaged order with an expensive air shipment at no chargeAt this point, we just need to know how we can remedy this to our customers satisfaction.Terry ***General Manager/ COO

We made a large order for our organization with this company, and for some reason, they created a whole new order and sent us practically twice as many of the items we had actually ordered I thought it was a little unfair that they would not remove the charge for the additional items that they sent in error until they received them back If we had actually ordered them this would be a different story, but that was not the case It turned into a lot of extra work sorting this all out I've never had this issue with similar companies
