This situation is 100% resolved and we could not do anything for her until she finally provided us with what we need per the company guidelines in order to terminate a policy and I was able to get Allstate to go back to the original
request date and everyone is happyI am shocked and surprised that she filed a complaint! I have been licensed since and I have never had a formal complaint against myself or my agencies in over years
Please close this file and make sure that no complaint is entered in against my agency for the record

On Nov23rd of I stated to Allstate, in writing, that we would not RENEW our policyI did not cancel it as of Nov23, only stated that we would not renewWeeks later I began to get phone calls regarding the policy and Allstate needing "proof of insurance" - even though our new policy started the same day our Allstate policy ended (so the state had proof)We then received five "balance due" statements of $139.00, no explanation given - even though our balance was paid, in full, every cycleOnce they got proof of insurance from our current company, they started saying there was a gap of two days without coverageThis is not true, since one policy ended Novand the new one started NovThey've called numerous times and threatened, in writing, to turn us over to a collection agencyTroy did not call, but had others from his office callOne person contradicted herself in e-mails...first stating "now that we have proof of insurance we can cancel your policy" and later stating that what she received was not proof of insuranceI'm so confused by this companyOnce I contacted the Revdex.com, the amount owed changed to $Why? What is the charge for and why are we being billed four months after our paid up insurance ended? Why is the amount lessened by $100? We honestly don't understand, and I guess I'm shocked that Troy's shockedIf we actually cancelled all insurance on Nov23, as they are now claiming, then why did Troy cancel part of our insurance on the 23rd and the other part on December 8th? We will pay this bill once we receive an itemized statement of what these charges cover and for what time periodThanks

The account was terminated on the 23rd per the consumers request the $charge was for the two days of lapse insurance
