Mr. [redacted] came in for a specific truck bed cover called the ROLL N LOCK for his 2005 DODGE PICK UP We installed a ROLL N LOCK for a Ram 2005. He thought we were trying to install a product that didn't belong on the truck We explained to him and showed him specific part numbers and pictures of cover on the manufacturer. Mr [redacted] started screaming and yelling in front of other customers and employees implying we didnt know what we were doing We decided to remove the cover and charge him for labor 125 no restocking fees The next day he claims he bought the same cover from one of our competitors we told him to send us pictures to prove it and we will refund his 125 and pay for his time and gas HE NEVER RESPONDED. -Mr [redacted] we have a 500.00 dlr ck here waiting for you! just send us PICTURES of the ROLL N LOCK COVER you purchased from our competitor and prove that it is different then the one we installed SINCERELY TRUCK ACCESS PLUS
