This letter is in response to complaint submitted on 12/20/17, ID # [redacted] The customer had window tinting done and due to the process it takes to install there is water used, and while sitting outside the water froze under the tint When he picked it up, he pointed it out to us and we re-did the tint The second time, the same thing happened again, even after we checked it a couple of times while it was sitting here for a day, but then when he picked it up, there was the spot once again The customer stated directly to me that he wanted us to redo it, but NOT to call him until we were ok with putting our name on it He further said he didn’t care how long it took as he doesn’t typically drive that vehicle Due to our schedule being packed, we worked on it as we could The first step was to remove the tint and then we moved vehicle outside again until we could re-tint the window again While it was sitting outside he drove by and saw it sitting outside with no tint on the windows and proceeded to call When he saw that it wasn’t done, he assumed that we tried again (according to his letter two more times) and he demanded his money back to which we kindly obliged him and promptly refunded the money to himThe owner did contact the customer the next day after he was refunded the money and therefore the settlement he asked for has been satisfiedSincerely, [redacted]

Avoid this business at all costs. I purchased a $1100 tonneau cover from them and had them install it. They messed up the installation and now the cover rubbed the paint on my brand new truck all the way down to metal costing me thousands of dollars to repair/repaint. The owner is [redacted] and refused to do anything, even after I spoke with the manufacturers of the tonneau cover and they confirmed it was a bad installation job!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND YOUR TRUCK DAMAGED!!!

I order AMP research steps from a Truck Outfitters recently. The appointment took twice as long as told and the steps they installed didn't fit properly.I called to inform them right after leaving there facility. I took the truck back and they told me the steps are not for my truck and there is nothing they can do to fix them. I was also told I could take them off but I wouldn't get my money back unless they got the money from AMP research. They obviously do not know their products or care about their customers.
