Review: I am pursuing payment for a story sold to, and published by True Story in March 2012. True Renditions purchased assets and liabilities of the magazine from Dorchester Media. I received payment for an earlier story(Nov-**) from True Renditions, but they have given me the run around about this story. I have emailed copies of the original contract, and provided copies of letters I sent requesting payment. I have the copy of the story on disc. with electronic dating and hard copy for the story, renamed "[redacted]" (my original name was [redacted]). On one hand they say they will send, or have sent a check, on the other hand they say they never knew they owed this.Desired Settlement: Payment for contracted services in the amount of $220.

my review is positive I did get all the books I ordered I just had to wait for them being patient I am very sastified with company

Review: [redacted] has asked me to send this on her behalf. [redacted] is a senior citizen who ordered and paid for by [redacted] on October [redacted]/2014 for magazine subscriptions. As of this date she still has not received any magazines and the company has refused to reply to any emails except to say in a brief email on January [redacted], 2015 that they had started sending her the subscriptions the week previous. [redacted] waited patiently for some time and then another email was sent on her behalf again and this time no response was received. [redacted] believes she is the victim of seniors fraud and has asked me to file this complaint on her behalf. I have copies of all the emails and pertinent information should you need it. Also please note your input area would not allow me to enter [redacted]'s full postal code which is [redacted]. [redacted] does not have email so if necessary please contact her through my email address that I provided.

Review: I sent in a renewal subscription for 24 mos in the amount of $33.00 in April 2015 and it cleared my bank that same month. I also sent in my change of address at that time. I have not received any issues nor heard back from anyone as to when I would start receiving my issues. I sent several letters and emails to them but have not received any answers.Desired Settlement: Receive my subscription issues or; return subscription fee.

Review: I subscribed to their magazine for my tablet on Jan *, 2014 for a 1 year subscription. every since I have dont this I have had to contact customer support monthly in order to obtain my new issues because they do not automatically load. Now since July I have not recieved a new edition and have contacted support mulitple times without a response at all. I should stil recieved issues for August, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan. Ive paid for this server until Jan 2015 but have only receieved 6 months worth. Im deeply upset with this because I do enjoy the magazine and would like for this to be resolved or my money returned .Desired Settlement: I would like this issue resolved so that I can continue to get my subscription for true confessions and I would like to refunded for the last 2 months of issues bc I have yet to receieve them so I should receieve those for free or another 6 months of subscription at a lesser charge or free
